Also, the seasonal affective disorder affects women more than men. Constant stress inevitably leads to premature aging.

A study conducted at George Mason University showed that pregnancy makes you look 11 years older. The fact is that women who have given birth have shorter telomeres than those who have never had children.

The shorter your telomeres, the older you will look. Also, stress during pregnancy is not uncommon, which also accelerates the aging process.

According to dermatologists, men’s skin is 25% thicker than women’s. The percentage may vary from person to person, but the total number remains the same. However, although there are fewer wrinkles on male faces, those that exist are deeper than female ones.
