Here Is The Method
To harmonize the life energy of the body, hold the finger with the opposite hand, wrapping around all the fingers and the thumb. Hold each finger for a minute or two. You will know it’s working when a pulsating sensation is felt.
To calm your mind, apply light pressure to the center of the palm with the thumb of the opposite hand and hold it down for at least one minute.
Practice this technique every day to stay calm and restore balance within yourself.
