If we are not physically grounded, our important functions become unbalanced, leading to inflammation and disease. When we are sick, we feel pain and this often interferes with sleep.

Since going barefoot can help with all kinds of pain, it’s no surprise that it can also help with menstrual cramps. Going out without shoes can do wonders for your mind, body, and soul.

Letting your kids run barefoot in the dirt can help boost their immune systems, get rid of allergies, and control their stress levels. You can help your children to be mentally strong. Spending time barefoot on grass, or even cement, for 10 minutes at a time is ideal for seeing these benefits.

Also, putting your feet in the wet sand and water at the beach can be the best way to impart energy from the earth, so it’s time to have a beach day with your kids!

It has anti-ageing effects.

Women who are landing often have a slightly pink face due to increased blood flow to the capillaries; this is similar to the face of a child running around the playground in the summer. Even 1 hour of barefoot contact with the earth can improve skin tissue repair and improve facial appearance.
