    Walking is boring, I prefer to bike.
    But now and then as I’m biking in downtown Moline, Illinois, I sometimes walk my bike she I can geet a better look at me in the Mirrors of Moline (downtown windows).

    Living in Arizona, it is usually too hot to walk in the evening. I take a one hour 4 mile walk in the coolest part of the day, early morning, usually 4 or 5 days a week. Do I gain the same health benefits as walking in the evening?
