Pimples are always a nasty surprise. However, they are often caused by external factors and can be easily treated. We discovered the most efficient ways to get rid of acne forever.
Chest
The most common cause of chest acne is an allergic reaction to washing powder or shower gel. These grains can also occur as a reaction to cold drinks, spices, and seafood.
Mix some baking soda with water and massage the skin with the resulting puree. Then wash off with lukewarm water.
Neck
A tight collar may chafe your skin and cause pimples. Neck acne can also be the result of an allergy to shampoo or hair rinse. Another common cause of pimples is a passion for sweets.
Clean the neck with a cotton ball soaked in lemon or lime juice, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then wash with warm water.
Arms
Problems with the digestive system, allergic reactions to detergents and antibiotics can cause the appearance of pimples. If you go to a pool, sauna, or gym frequently, you may have contracted a fungal infection that flares up and causes acne.
If your pimples are not caused by the fungus, they can be removed with potato juice – just cut a raw potato in half and rub into problem areas. Then wash off after half an hour.
Legs
Lack of hygiene and tight synthetic clothing are the most common reasons when it comes to acne on the legs. Pimples can also appear after shaving when cutting hair with a blunt or anti-growth blade.
Add 5-6 drops of tea tree oil to the shower gel and wash off as usual.
Back and shoulders
Back acne can be caused by backpack straps or tight synthetic clothing. If you have small red pimples, it is probably a reaction to cleaning agents or household chemicals. A passion for fatty and fried foods can also be a reason for acne.
Pimples like these are well treated with saltwater baths once a week or light washes with apple cider vinegar and 1: 2 water.
